These Terms govern your use of Kingdom Television Network Limited's websites, mobile applications and related services. KTN is registered in England and headquartered in London. By using our services you agree to these Terms.
Broadcasting & editorial standards
KTN operates under applicable UK broadcasting laws and Ofcom obligations. Where applicable, broadcast content is subject to Ofcom's Broadcasting Code and we maintain editorial standards, complaints handling and record-keeping practices to meet those requirements.
Advertising, sponsorship & promotions
Advertising and sponsorship follow UK advertising regulations (CAP/BCAP) and ASA guidance. Promotional activity will be clearly identified and comply with applicable codes.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
Accounts, subscriptions & payments
- Subscriptions, purchases and donations are processed by third-party payment providers
- Billing, refunds and cancellation policies are shown at point of sale
- We are not responsible for failures of payment providers
Content
All content on KTN is owned by or licensed to Kingdom Television Network. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate comments. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KTN excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss. For direct losses arising from our breach, liability is limited to an amount not exceeding the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
Complaints & regulators

- Unresolved broadcast complaints may be referred to Ofcom
- Advertising grievances may be raised with the ASA
- Privacy-related complaints may be raised with the ICO
Mobile apps and app store terms
Mobile apps are delivered through third-party app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play). Your use of those stores is also subject to the store provider's terms, and app updates, in-app purchases and refunds follow the relevant store policies.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
